Correct use and maintenance of mine wire rope
The correct use and maintenance of mine wire ropes not only affect the safety of shafts and lifting equipment, but also extend the service life of mine wire ropes. Therefore, when using and maintaining mine wire ropes, you must abide by the regulations in the "Regulations":
1. Use and keep the mine hoisting wire rope
The new rope should be checked and accepted by the inspection unit, and it should be properly stored after passing the test to prevent damage and corrosion.
The original data of each coil of wire rope must be kept intact.
If stored for more than one year, it must be inspected again before hanging, and it can be used only after it is qualified.
2. Regulations on the number of winding layers of mine steel wire rope on the drum and the fixing of rope
①The number of steel wire ropes wound on the drums of various lifting devices must not exceed the following regulations:
Lifting personnel or lifting personnel and lifting materials in vertical shafts, 1 floor; specifically for lifting materials, 2 floors.
Lifting personnel or lifting personnel and lifting materials in inclined shafts, 2 floors; lifting materials, 3 floors.
Lifting personnel and materials during the construction of the well, on the 2nd floor.
For the winch currently in use in production mines, if a transition rope wedge is installed on the drum, the drum strength meets the requirements and the drum edge height meets the requirements of Article ② below, one layer can be added according to the number of layers specified in this article.
Mobile or auxiliary ones designed for lifting materials (including gangue hills and lifting to flyovers, etc.) and designed for lifting materials during shaft sinking, quasi-multi-layer winding.
②When two or more layers of steel wire rope are wound on the drum, the following requirements must be met:
The edge of the drum is higher than the height of the outermost layer of wire rope, at least 2.5 times the diameter of the wire rope.
A liner with a rope groove must be provided on the drum.
The critical section (equivalent to the 1/4 length of the rope loop) of the mine wire rope from the lower layer to the upper layer must be checked frequently, and the wire rope should be moved to the position of the 1/4 rope loop every quarter.
For the existing winches without rope groove liner, as long as the rope groove is engraved on the drum plate or a layer of steel wire rope is used as the bottom rope, it can continue to be used.
③When the wire rope head is fixed on the drum, it should meet the following requirements:
There must be a special rope-containing or rope-clamping device, and it is strictly forbidden to tie it to the drum shaft.
The rope hole must not have sharp edges, and the bending of the wire rope must not form an acute angle.
There should be 3 loops of rope on the drum to reduce the tension at the fixed place, and there must be a supplementary rope for regular inspection.
3. There are regulations for the use of wire rope joints
① Wire ropes with joints can only be used in roadway transportation equipment, winches for lifting materials in inclined shafts below 30', and overhead passenger devices in inclined roadways.
② When using wire ropes in inclined shafts, the insertion length shall not be less than 1000 times the diameter of the wire ropes.
4. The service life of mine wire rope
The service life of the friction wheel hoisting wire rope is not more than 2 years, and the service life of the balance wire rope is not more than 4 years. If the wire rope is broken, the diameter reduction and the degree of corrosion does not exceed the provisions of the "Regulations", it can continue to be used, but it shall not exceed 1 year.
5. Maintenance of mine wire rope
The main lifting device must be equipped with a qualified spare wire rope. The steel wire rope in use should be oiled at least once a month according to the conditions of the shaft and the rust condition. The hoisting wire rope of the friction wheel hoisting device is only allowed to be coated or dipped with special wire rope oil (increasing grease); but the wire rope that does not bypass the friction wheel part must be coated with anti-corrosion oil.
The maintenance work of other aspects of the mine wire rope should not be neglected. For example, after the new rope experiment, it should be stored in a dark, rain-proof, dry shed, and the lower part should be padded with square wood, so that the outer wire rope is not less than 0.2m from the ground. , In order to avoid damp. After storage, check once a year before the rainy season. If rust is found, it should be unrolled for detailed inspection and oiled. Avoid contact with the ground when moving, do not use iron rods to pry the rope when moving, do not directly sling on the wire rope when loading and lifting the rope, and do not push down from the car when unloading, etc.
6. Inspection and inspection of mine wire rope
(1) Inspection of hoisting wire rope
① The hoisting wire rope and tank rope must be inspected once a day, and the balance wire rope, the brake rope of the fall arrester (including the buffer rope) and the shaft suspension wire rope must be inspected at least once a week. —The section that is easily damaged and has more broken wires or rust should be stopped for detailed inspection. The protruding part of the broken wire should be cut off during the inspection, and the inspection result should be recorded in the wire rope inspection record book.
②The ratio of the broken wire cross-sectional area of various stranded wire ropes to the total cross-sectional area of the steel wire within 1 lay length must be replaced when it reaches the following values:
The steel wire rope used for lifting personnel or lifting personnel and physical sciences is 5%.
The wire rope for lifting materials, the balance wire rope, and the brake rope of the fall arrester (including the buffer rope) are 10%.
The wire rope of the canway is 15%.
25% of the steel wire rope used in the overhead passenger device, the steel wire rope traction belt conveyor designed for the endless rope transportation and the material transportation.
③ When the diameter reduction calculated based on the nominal diameter of the mine wire rope reaches the following value, it must be replaced:
Lifting wire rope or braking wire rope is 10%.
The wire rope of the canway is 15%.
When using a sealed steel wire rope, the thickness of the outer steel wire wears up to 50%.
④Due to the large water spray, high pH, and poor working environment in coal mines, the steel wire rope will appear discoloration, rust and pitting after a period of time, the tensile strength of the wire rope will be reduced, and the safety factor of the wire rope will not meet the requirements of the Regulations. Therefore, when the steel wire of the mine wire rope is damaged by blackening, rusting, pitting, etc., it shall not be used as a lifter.
When the wire rope is severely corroded, or pitting pits to form grooves, or the outer wire is loose, regardless of the number of broken wires or whether the rope diameter changes, it must be replaced immediately.
⑤When the steel wire rope for mining is subjected to violent pulling force such as jamming or sudden stop during operation, it will produce a large braking deceleration, which may cause serious distortion or deformation of the wire rope, increase of broken wires, plastic deformation, and local thinning of the wire rope. Or the length is extended, the mechanical performance of the mine wire rope drops sharply. At this time, it must be stopped for inspection immediately. If one of the following conditions is found, the stressed section must be cut off or the whole rope must be replaced:
The wire rope is severely twisted or deformed.
Broken wire exceeds the above-mentioned Article ②.
The diameter reduction value exceeds the above-mentioned article ③.
The length of a section subjected to a violent tension is extended by more than 0.5%.
During the use of mine wire rope, the number of broken wires suddenly increases or the elongation speeds up suddenly, and it must be replaced immediately.
(2) Steel wire rope inspection
① The inspection before the suspension of the new mine wire rope and the periodic inspection of the rope in use must be carried out in accordance with the following regulations:
Inspection before the suspension of the new rope: each mine steel wire must be tested for breaking, bending and torsion, and the test results shall be calculated and judged based on the nominal diameter. When the ratio of the cross-sectional area of the unqualified steel wire to the total cross-sectional area of the steel wire reaches 6%, it shall not be used for lifting personnel; when it reaches 10%, it shall not be used for lifting materials.
Periodic inspection of the rope in use: You can only do two types of tests, breaking and bending of each steel wire, and the test results are still calculated and judged based on the nominal diameter. When the ratio of the cross-sectional area of the unqualified steel wire to the total cross-sectional area of the steel wire reaches 25%, the wire rope must be replaced; if the safety factor calculated based on the total breaking force of the qualified steel wire is lower than the specified value (less than 7 for lifters).
Mine wire rope for lifting personnel and materials: less than 7 when lifting personnel; less than 6 when lifting materials. When less than 5), the mine wire rope must be replaced.
② The inspection of the hoisting wire rope should be carried out with qualified equipment and methods. The inspection period is:
The wire ropes used for lifters or lifters and materials shall be inspected every 6 months from the time of suspension, and the wire ropes of the hanging pan shall be inspected every 12 months.
The steel wire rope used for lifting materials shall be inspected for the first time 12 months from the time of suspension, and every 6 months thereafter.
Steel wire ropes for friction wheel winches, balance wire ropes and steel wire ropes with a diameter of 181nlTl or less for lifting materials (except vertical shaft hoisting ropes) are not subject to this restriction.
